Beetroot & Orange Chutney

Tasting Notes

Lightly spiced with a rich, ruby red colour this is a chutney for true beetroot lovers! Mellow earthy beetroot is gently cooked with apples, onions and spices, before adding grated orange zest and juice. An excellent accompaniment to cheeses, but equally good with smoked fish.

Ingredients

Beetroot, apples, red wine vinegar, sugar, onions, orange, sea salt, mixed spices.
